Welcome to Coastal Cove Salon & Spa. 🤎 I’m so happy you’re here! My goal is to create more than just an appointment. I want every visit to feel like a little escape from your busy life. Whether you’re here for a results-driven facial or your makeup appointment, you’ll always receive personalized care in a relaxing, private studio. With over 13 years in the beauty industry, I combine my experience as a professional makeup artist and licensed esthetician to help you feel confident in your skin. I proudly use professional skincare to customize treatments that support healthy, glowing skin while giving you an hour to slow down, recharge, and pour back into yourself. Studio Policy: Coastal Cove is a private appointment-only studio. At this time, appointments are available for female clients and referral-based male clients only. If you’ve been referred by an existing client, please contact me before booking. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive an email with instructions; simply scroll to the bottom and select "Manage My Appointments" to proceed with cancellation. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and you will not be able to cancel through the booking system after this period. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once the fee is processed, you may schedule a new appointment. If the credit card charge is declined, a hold will be placed on your profile, and all outstanding fees must be paid before making any new bookings. By providing a credit card and agreeing to this policy, you authorize The Coastal Cove Salon & Spa to charge your card for any late cancellations or no-shows. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment once, with the deposit transferring to the new date. To reschedule, please email us at alina@thecoastalcovesalonspa.com. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
